AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn softball team was chosen to play 10 games on national television during the 2019 season, ESPN and the Southeastern Conference announced Friday afternoon.
Auburn's national TV schedule will start March 16 for the Tigers' game against No. 20 Texas A&M at Jane B. Moore Field.
The TV schedule will continue when Auburn travels to Knoxville, Tenn., as the Sunday and Monday games against No. 8 Tennessee will be on SEC Network. The Tigers' entire three-game schedule against No. 15 Kentucky will be broadcasted on TV. This series will come after the final game against No. 9 South Carolina will be televised on ESPNU.
The Saturday (April 27) and Sunday (April 28) games against No. 5 Florida, which will be the final regular-season home series of the season, will be broadcasted on ESPN2 and ESPN, respectively. On May 4, Auburn and Arkansas will square off on ESPNU.
SEC Bases Loaded will air on the final day of the regular season — May 5 — when the Tigers and Razorbacks conclude their three-game series.
The SEC Network will carry every early round game of the SEC Tournament with the semifinals airing on ESPNU and the SEC Championship broadcasted on ESPN2. All televised games are also available via the ESPN App.
ESPN will be the home of the NCAA Division I Softball postseason, which will kick off with the NCAA Selection Show on Sunday, May 12 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT.
