Cape Town, South Africa – it's known for the scenery and nature

Age when you started tennis:

I was eight and watched my sister Stephanie playing. I was jealous and wanted to start

Your best tennis skill:

My backhand and I think I have determination on the court

David Ferrer

Sport you would play if not tennis?

Cricket – I played it growing up

Why did you choose Auburn?

I transferred here; my coach Howard Herr played tennis here and he always told me how much of a great school it is

Favorite part of campus life:

I like the food on campus – it's really good – especially at the Wellness Kitchen

What does Auburn Family mean to you?

It's that tradition that everybody has here and it's really nice to see how everybody supports you when you're down

Secret to balancing school and tennis:

Take one task at a time – it's long days, but just take it one task at a time

Eventual career goal after tennis:

I'd like to stay in the sport of tennis, maybe coaching, or something with my finance degree
