Q: Why did you choose to play softball at Auburn?
Perry: Honestly, Auburn softball chose me. I wasn't sure where I was going in life and the opportunity was there, so I took it.
Q: What is your favorite Auburn tradition?
Perry: Rolling Toomer's Corner because I've never experienced anything like it. It is a tradition unlike any other in the country.
Q: What is your favorite Auburn sport other than softball?
Perry: I love Auburn basketball because it's always so intense, and I love watching them dunk.
Q: What is your favorite dessert?
Perry: I love chocolate-covered strawberries.
Q: If you could have any superpower what would it be?
Perry: I'd want teleportation because I'm late to a lot of things, and I get homesick sometimes. It would be nice to be able to travel around with a quickness and ease.
Q: What is the number one song you put on to get hyped up before a game?
Perry: I like "Magnolia" by Playboi Carti. It's also what I sing when I'm up to bat.
Q: What is the best vacation or trip you've ever been on?
Perry: Hitting the slopes and snowboarding in Snowshoe, W. Va., was an amazing experience.
Q: What has been the highlight of your softball career so far?
Perry: Definitely getting to play at the collegiate level for an SEC school. Not many people get this opportunity.
Q: What is your favorite fruit and your least favorite vegetable?
Perry: My favorite fruit is blackberries, and I hate eggplant.
Q: Are you currently watching anything on Netflix?
Perry: "The Vampire Diaries"
Q: What does the Auburn family mean to you?
Perry: The Auburn Family is like a second home to me. My family means a lot to me, and we're very close and being away from them isn't easy. Having Auburn when my family isn't close has helped me as I get through my first year of college.
