AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn gymnastics team remains No. 15 in this week's NQS rankings per RoadtoNationals.com with a 196.490. The Tigers are coming off a 196.7 Friday in the win over TWU.
Auburn travels to New Hampshire for a Sunday afternoon quad meet, March 8. The Tigers will take on host New Hampshire as well as Rutgers and Central Michigan in Durham, N.H., at 12 p.m. CT.
The NQS rankings didn't shake up the Top 5 too much this week as Oklahoma and Florida still hold on to the top two spots. UCLA is third, Utah stands at fourth and Michigan jumped up to No. 5.
Auburn holds on to No. 8 on vault with a 49.225 following another successful showing on the event last week. Junior Drew Watson is seventh nationally with a 9.920 after scoring 9.95 vs. TWU, while sophomore Derrian Gobourne is tied for 22nd at 9.880.
The Tigers are 16th on bars with a 49.145 and 16th on beam at 49.135.
