A new crop of Tigers is on The Plains and ready to get to work. Follow along over the next few weeks as we re-introduce our 2020 class through a question and answer segment with each player.

We continue this week with three more newcomers, the next of which is freshman midfielder Anna Haddock. Haddock joins the Tigers from Bowling Green, Kentucky and is a product of Greenwood High School and Tennessee SC.

Q: Who or what inspired you to play soccer?
A: I started playing when I was about three years old and just fell in love with every aspect of the game. Deni Ismailovic was my club coach U12-U14, and he really pushed and inspired me to play the game at a higher level. He taught me a lot and gave me a new and more mature appreciation for the sport.

Q: What is your favorite soccer memory growing up?
A: I have so many great soccer memories, but two would have to tie for best for me. Winning National League back at age U14 and going to USYS Nationals was such an incredible experience. Then this November, my high school team won state in Kentucky. Playing for and representing your school with an entire support system is a feeling like no other.

Q: What is your biggest accomplishment on or off the field?
A: My best accomplishment would be winning Gatorade Player of the Year in Kentucky two times. This award is not only about talent on the field but academic success and work done within the community.

Q: Do you have any pre-match superstitions?
A: I always listen to "All Me" by Drake as well as a couple other songs, and I chew gum every game. I like to dance and get hyped with my teammates before to keep me loose.

Q: What made you choose Auburn?
A: I chose Auburn because of the school, people and soccer program. I know Auburn is the best fit for me and I know that the people and resources here will allow me to be the best version of myself.

Q: What is your favorite Auburn tradition?
A: My favorite Auburn tradition would have to be rolling Toomer's Corner. We did this on our official visit together and hopefully we will do it many more times this year, especially after the Iron Bowl.

Q: What are you most excited about for the upcoming season?
A: I am most excited about getting to play with and know really talented players and even better people. I've been waiting a long time to wear the Auburn jersey with these girls and season cannot come fast enough. Also, I'm really pumped to just play a soccer game. It's been quite a while since any of us have been able to do that.

Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
A: One meal for the rest of my life? I eat a lot of food so that may be a hard one to choose. Probably tacos. I could eat them every day. So many different options and flavors, they really are superior.

Q: If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?
A: If I could choose any superpower it would be telekinesis. If you don't know, that's the ability move things with your mind. I feel like it would come in handy often and I could have some fun messing with other people.

Q: What is your favorite movie or TV show?
A: My favorite TV show is Criminal Minds. There's more than enough episodes to keep me busy and every one is just as interesting as the last.

Q: What major do you plan to pursue and what do you want to do with it?
A: I am currently majoring in business management, and I'm not really set on what I want to do. I think manager of a sports team or events arena would be a really cool job that I would enjoy, but I'm open to options.

Q: What are your goals during your time at Auburn?
A: My goals during my time at Auburn are to excel in both academics and athletics. I hold myself to a pretty high standard and I have plenty of people keeping me in check so this will for sure be something I can do. I want to leave my mark on Auburn and come away a better player and person.

Q: What do you hope to do when your playing days are over?
A: When my playing days are over, which I hope is not anytime soon, I see myself having a steady job and settling down wherever that may take me. I could see myself living in Auburn, back home, or anywhere in the southeast.
