A new crop of Tigers is on The Plains and ready to get to work. Follow along over the next few weeks as we re-introduce our 2020 class through a question and answer segment with each player.

We continue into our fourth week with three more newcomers, the second being freshman defender Madeline Moore. Moore makes her way to The Plains from Winter Haven, Florida, and is a product of Winter Haven High School and the West Florida Flames.

Q: Who or what inspired you to play soccer?
A: Like most people, I was thrown into a multitude of different sports at a young age. I really decided I was going to stick with soccer because of my dad. He coached me at a young age and he became my best friend. I ultimately fell in love with soccer and the friendships that come with it, along with the competitive nature of the sport.

Q: What is your favorite soccer memory growing up?
A: My favorite soccer memory growing up has to be when my U-13 3-v-3 team and I won a national championship at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports. I loved training with those teammates and learning the very technical and tactical game of 3-v-3.

Q: What is your biggest accomplishment on or off the field?
A: My biggest accomplishment by far is committing to Auburn and having the opportunity to play with such a talented team.

Q: What made you choose Auburn?
A: I chose Auburn because of the amazing program and the staff. Auburn also has one of the most beautiful campuses I have ever seen.

Q: What is your favorite Auburn tradition?
A: My favorite Auburn tradition is the rolling of Toomer's Corner after a win. I got to experience it on one of my visits, and it was such an odd, but interesting tradition that I will never forget.

Q: What are you most excited about for the upcoming season?
A: I am most excited about playing with such a talented team and playing some of the best competition in the nation.

Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
A: If I could eat one meal for the rest of my life it would be chicken with green beans and pasta with homemade marinara sauce.

Q: If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?
A: If I had a superpower I would want it to be the ability to fly because it would be so cool to fly to all the places I've ever wanted to visit!

Q: What is your favorite movie or TV show?
A: My favorite TV show is The Office because it's a comical show that isn't taken seriously.

Q: What major do you plan to pursue and what do you want to do with it?
A: I am majoring in organismal biology and I am planning to become a veterinarian with it.

Q: What are your goals during your time at Auburn?
A: My goals while I am at Auburn are to pursue veterinary school and make my mark in Auburn's back line.

Q: What do you hope to do when your playing days are over?
A: When my playing days are over at Auburn, I hope to get in to veterinary school, but I would also like to play professionally if the opportunity is available.
