AUBURN, Ala. – For the second straight year, the Auburn women's golf team will have three players in the field at the 120th U.S. Women's Amateur Championship.

The trio of Mychael O'Berry, Megan Schofill and Kaleigh Telfer will tee off Monday from Woodmont Country Club (Par 72, 6,561 yards) in Rockville, Maryland, for what will be the first of two rounds of stroke play. The field of 132 will then be cut to 64 with match play the rest of the week to determine a winner.

Schofill played in the U.S. Women's Amateur last year, reaching the Round of 16. The Auburn sophomore has been strong again this summer with a victory at the Florida Women's Amateur Championship last month followed by a deep run at the North & South Women's Amateur Championship.

O'Berry also earned medalist honors this summer, winning the Alabama Women's Stroke Play Championship in June. This is her first time competing at the U.S. Women's Amateur.

Telfer, ranked No. 44 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking, will be playing in her first competitive tournament since the season ended in March. As a junior last year, she won the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge and received All-American honors from both the WGCA and Golfweek. She was also named First Team All-SEC.

Here's a look at when all three Auburn players will tee off Monday.
