Men's Tennis Continues Momentum Saturday

Continuing its momentum, the Auburn men's tennis team picked up six singles victories Saturday in action at the Vanderbilt Invitational in Nashville.

Auburn gained singles wins throughout its lineup. Tyler Stice, Tad Maclean, Tim Dollman, Spencer Gray, Diego Chavarria and Finn Murgett each came out on top in his match against Vanderbilt. In doubles, Tom Wright and Maxwell Giddens were 8-2 winners over Ferriera and Ignatowich and Maclean and Murgett posted an 8-5 win over Freeman and Casabon.

The Tigers conclude play in the Vanderbilt Invitational against Arkansas Sunday morning. The invitational competition features participants from SEC schools Vanderbilt, Auburn, Arkansas and Kentucky; all matches are being held at the Currey Tennis Center.
