AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn baseball continues to announce its 2021 signing class with the addition of right-handed pitcher Calvin Ziegler.
A native of Heidelberg, Ontario, Ziegler signs with the Tigers as the team's highest-rated player in the class. He is considered by Perfect Game as the No. 88 player in the country and the top-rated player in Canada.
"The biggest factor in signing with Auburn was the success of the program and the caliber of the coaching staff," Ziegler said. "I'm very excited to work with a pitching coach like Tim Hudson, and I feel like I can learn a lot from him. It felt great to make it official with Auburn, and I'm counting down the days to September 2021."
