Threadgill is a native of Fredericksburg, Texas, and is entering his second season at McLennan Community College this spring.

"It was an exciting day for my family and I, putting pen to paper," Threadgill said of signing with Auburn. "I'm very grateful for the opportunity to make the next step and play at Auburn.

"The biggest factor in my decision to commit to Auburn is the relationship that I developed with the coaching staff. Coach Thompson and Coach Nonemaker reached out often, and I knew Auburn is where I needed to be."
