AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn begins a stretch of five games in six days by hosting in-state foes Samford and Jacksonville State at Plainsman Park Tuesday and Wednesday. First pitches in the contests against the Bulldogs and Gamecocks are scheduled for 6 p.m. CT.
Both contests can be heard on the Auburn Sports Network and will be broadcast digitally on SEC Network+.

Led by former Auburn standout Casey Dunn, Samford enters the week with a 22-14 overall record and sits atop the Southern Conference standings with a 12-3 record in league play.
The Bulldogs won eight straight games from Mar. 30-Apr. 11 but have dropped three of the last four entering Tuesday.
Samford is hitting .263 as a team, led by junior catcher Tyler McManus' .302 clip.
The Bulldogs have turned in a 6.08 staff ERA, and starting pitcher Jacob Cravey ranks second on the team with a 2.33 clip.
SCOUTING THE GAMECOCKS
Jacksonville State enters the week with a 17-17 overall record and 8-7 mark in the Ohio Valley Conference.
The Gamecocks are set to take on Troy Tuesday before traveling the Auburn to make up a previously postponed game Wednesday.
Jacksonville State leads the conference with a .287 batting average, and redshirt junior catcher Alex Carignan leads the way with a .400 clip.
The Gamecocks have turned in a 4.46 staff ERA and will send right-hander Isaiah Magwood to the mound for his seventh start Wednesday.

In accordance with current state health COVID-19 guidelines, Plainsman Park capacity will be reduced during the 2021 Auburn baseball season.
Fans are now allowed to enter through the gates at the Tiger Terrace and down the right field line.
Face coverings (over the nose and mouth) will be required for all spectators and gameday workers upon entry and while inside Plainsman Park. Guests may remove face coverings while actively eating or drinking. Failure to comply with the mask expectation could result in removal from Plainsman Park.
All transactions for concessions and merchandise locations at Plainsman Park will be contactless and cashless (credit/debit and Tiger Cards only).
Enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures throughout the park prior to and during all games will be in effect for the 2021 season.
