AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn soccer and head coach Karen Hoppa announced the addition of Katie Carrino to the team's 2021 signing class.
A goalkeeper from Benedict, Maryland, Carrino is a standout for The Calverton School and St. Mary's Soccer Club.
She is a three-time First Team All-Conference performer and two-time team captain for The Calverton School. Carrino helped lead the Cougars to the 2017 Maryland Independent School Athletic League Championship.
At the club level, the goalkeeper led St. Mary's to the 2017 Maryland State Cup Championship. She didn't allow a goal during the 2021 US Youth Soccer season.
Carrino brings Auburn's 2021 signing class to eight players, joining the seven players the program already signed in the fall.
