Jonathan Schuerholz was sold on Auburn when he came to campus for a summer baseball camp as a high schooler. Little did he know that his father, Atlanta Braves General Manager John Schuerholz, and Head Coach Hal Baird already had a relationship from their days in the Kansas City Royals organization. Jonathan made the most of his time at Auburn. He was a slick fielding starter at second base, shortstop and third base. He played six years in pro ball, came back to Auburn to get his degree and started working in the Braves organization, originally on the field and how as the Assistant Director of Scouting.
