 QUICK HITTERS
Auburn is coming off its first SEC series win of the season after winning the final two games at No. 20 Georgia Friday and Saturday.

The series win against the No. 20 Bulldogs was Auburn first road series win since taking two of three games at No. 7 Mississippi State in 2017.

Twenty-three of Auburn's games this season have been decided by two runs of fewer, including the matchup at UAB on Mar. 9. The Tigers are 9-14 in those contests.

The Tigers rank third in the SEC and seventh in the country with 62 home runs.

Ryan Dyal became the 12th player to homer this season with a solo shot at Georgia Friday, marking the most players to homer in a season since 2010 (15).

Jack Sokol is set to make his second start and third appearance Tuesday. The freshman righty earned the win in 4.0 scoreless innings vs. Alabama A&M on Feb. 24.

Tyler Miller has driven in a league best 51 runs through 40 games, marking the most by an Auburn through 40 games since SEC Player of the Year Hunter Morris in 2010 (52).

Miller's 51 RBI are already tied for the sixth most by an Auburn player since 2011.
 SCOUTING THE BLAZERS
UAB enters the week with a 15-30 overall record and 8-16 mark in Conference USA coming off a four-game series split against UTSA in Birmingham.

The Blazers are hitting .247 as a team and are led by Chandler Simpson's .317 clip. The team is a threat on the base paths with 58 stolen bases this year.

On the mound, UAB has turned in a 6.08 staff ERA. Starting pitcher Jonah Smith is set to make his first start of the season and second of his career Tuesday.
