AUBURN, Ala. – No. 11 Auburn (3-0-0) begins a five-match homestand against UAB (1-3-0) Thursday at 6:30 p.m. CT at the Auburn Soccer Complex.
 
The game will be available for streaming on SEC Network+ and will also be broadcast on WEGL 91.1.
 
Admission to all Auburn soccer home contests is free.
 
STARTING XI 
Auburn is off to a 3-0-0 start to the season and kicks off a five-match homestand against UAB Thursday.
 
It marks the ninth time in program history Auburn has started a season 3-0-0 or better.
 
Auburn has now won eight straight games dating back to last spring, marking the
second longest win streak in program history (nine, 2018).
 
The Tigers have outscored opponents 22-6 during the win streak.
 
The homestand marks the longest since also playing five straight at home in 2016.
 
The Tigers are 172-65-21 all-time at home and have earned a result in seven of the last eight home contests (4-1-3) dating back to the beginning of last season.
 
Auburn's win against the ranked Cougars on Aug. 21 marked the first win against a top-15 foe since defeating No. 10 Florida, 1-0, on Oct. 15, 2017.
 
On the strength of the strong start, the Tigers entered the national rankings following the first weekend of play and now appear at No. 11 in the coaches' poll and No. 19 in the Top Drawer Soccer poll.
 
The Tigers are the highest ranked Southeastern Conference team in the coaches' poll.
 
Auburn hasn't allowed more than one goal in a game in a span of 11 contests dating back to the SEC Tournament quarterfinal matchup with Arkansas on Nov. 17, 2020.
 
The Tigers are 7-4-0 all-time against UAB and has won seven straight contests dating back to 2000. The team has outscored the Blazers 22-1 during the win streak.
 
SCOUTING UAB 
UAB is off to a 1-3-0 start to the season with three of its first four contests being decided by one goal.
 
Offensively, four different Blazers have found the back of the net this season, led by Stella Kiss' three points on one goal and one assist.
 
Defensively, a pair of goalkeepers in Eve Beyer and Anika Toth have split time in net and have each logged 180 minutes of action.
