Major: Health Promotion with a minor in Business
Current job: New England Territory Manager for Corza Medical
Why did you choose your profession: "I always knew I wanted to be involved in the medical industry, I just wasn't sure how. After taking a few business courses and speaking to my advisors and parents, the medical sales industry felt like the perfect path. It has been a great experience and opportunity for me."
How did Auburn prepare you to be successful in your field: "Auburn provided all the tools necessary for me to excel in academics and in life after athletics. I was able to get real world experience with an internship at East Alabama Medical Center before I graduated. That internship solidified my decision to pursue a career in medical device sales."
Advice to current and future Auburn gymnasts: "Don't take your time in Auburn or on the team for granted. Some days are long and tiring, but the years are short. Before you know it, you will be graduating and leaving 'The Loveliest Village On The Plains'. I miss it every day!"
What does the Auburn Family mean to you? "The Auburn Family is hard to explain unless you've experienced it. There is an unconditional support from the Auburn community. It's the 'War Eagle' and big smile you get in the airport hundreds of miles away. It is a forever bond. I've never experienced anything else like it."
