AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn baseball wraps up its two-game fall exhibition slate with a 12-inning contest against Clemson Saturday at 11 a.m. CT at Plainsman Park.

Saturday's game will be broadcast on WEGL 91.1.

QUICK HITTERS

Auburn opened its fall exhibition schedule last Friday with a win against Tuskegee in a game that benefitted the Miracle League of East Alabama.

Senior transfer Sonny DiChiara led the way offensively, going 4-for-4 with two walks, a grand slam and seven RBI.

A combination of nine Auburn pitchers held Tuskegee to three hits and issued just one walk while striking out 23 in the 12 innings.

Head coach Butch Thompson enters his seventh season at the helm of the program in 2022 and leads a roster that currently consists of 25 returners and 24 newcomers.

Thompson returns his coaching staff in assistant coaches Gabe Gross and Karl Nonemaker and volunteer assistant Tim Hudson. He welcomes a new member of the support staff in former Tennessee Tech and Rice head coach Matt Bragga, who serves as the Director of Player Development.

Auburn's 2022 SEC schedule is set and begins at home against Ole Miss from Mar. 18-20.
