AUBURN, Ala. – In the first event of 2022, the Auburn divers will take center stage this week at the Tennessee Diving Invitational where they will compete against a field that includes Alabama, Georgia, Miami (OH), Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin.

The invitational includes both springboards, 1-meter and 3-meter, as well as platform. It also features a new team-style event where three divers from each squad will perform a combined six dives (two dives each) to make up a team score. Teams must have at least one dive from the 1-meter, 3-meter and platform in the team event.

The four-day meet will begin Monday with the women's 1-meter followed by the men's team event. The teams will wrap up Thursday with the men's platform. Full schedule below.

The top 12 divers from each prelim will advance to the finals.

The Tigers are coming off the Auburn Diving Invitational where they had at least one diver finish in the top three in four of the six events. Senior Conner Pruitt finished top three on both springboards and set a season best on 3-meter (406.95). On the women's side, sophomore Gretchen Wensuc took second on platform (270.80) with a season-best score and earned her NCAA Zone qualifying scores on platform and 3-meter.
