TEAM NOTESAfter dropping the season opener for the first time since 2010, Auburn followed up a loss in the first game of a weekend on the road or at a neutral site with back-to-back wins for just the third time in the last seven seasons … along with allowing just four earned runs, Auburn's pitching staff held the opponent to four or fewer hits in all three contests – four vs. Oklahoma and three apiece against Texas Tech and Kansas State … the 10 total hits were the fewest in a three-game span since allowing nine hits in three games against Radford in 2015 … 11 of 13 pitchers who took the mound didn't allow an earned run … 11 players, including six positions players and five pitchers, made their Auburn debuts in Arlington … DiChiara and fellow newcomer Blake Rambusch led the way from the plate, going a combined 9-for-22 and scoring seven runs.
