Last week in Nashville, the SEC honored Susan Nunnelly as a trailblazer. In observance of the 50th anniversary of Title IX, the league honored individuals from each school at the SEC Tournament. The former Tiger head coach and longtime P.A. Announcer was honored along with Jane B. Moore and Meredith Jenkins from Auburn. Nunnelly has been a head coach, SEC official, public address announcer, sponsor to the cheerleaders and Director Emeritus of Auburn Recreation.
