KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Auburn's Jabari Smith has been named to the 2022 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division I All-America Teams on Wednesday.
The All-America honors are voted on by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division I.
Smith was selected to the second team. It was the fourth All-America honor this season for the freshman forward (The Sporting News, Sports Illustrated and The Associated Press).
He is the first Tiger player to be recognized as an All-American by the NABC since Auburn legends Charles Barkley (Third Team in 1983-84) and Chuck Person (Third Team in 1985-86).
