AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn equestrian team earned the No. 2 seed for the 2022 National Collegiate Equestrian Association National Championship, the NCEA Selection Committee announced Tuesday.
The nation's top eight teams will vie for the NCEA National Championship, April 14-16, at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida.
Auburn's quest for it's seventh national title starts Wednesday, April 14, as the Tigers face No. 7 SMU. Fellow Southeastern Conference opponents Texas A&M and Georgia are seeded No.
Auburn's quest for its third-straight national title starts Wednesday, April 15, as the Tigers face No. 8 Baylor. Fellow Southeastern Conference opponents Georgia and Texas A&M are seeded No. 3 and No. 5, respectively.
Since the first NCEA Team National Championship in 2002, Auburn and Georgia have won the most titles with six and seven, respectively. South Carolina and Texas A&M have three apiece.
