The No. 25 Auburn men's tennis team hosts Indiana Monday in a 1 p.m. match at the Yarbrough Tennis Center in Auburn. This match was originally scheduled for late January.

"Indiana is a makeup match from earlier in the spring," Auburn head coach Bobby Reynolds said. "It's a benefit to us because it gives us more matches during this stretch and we're hoping to be outside, where the heat and some humidity could be a huge advantage for us.

"The guys know that this is an important stretch for us for the next several weeks to take care of the business that we're supposed to take care of. These guys are getting better, from where we started the season to where we are now and that's a positive for us."

The Tigers opened SEC play on Friday with a decisive 5-2 home win over No. 42 LSU. Auburn returns to conference play on the road Friday at No. 57 Arkansas, and conclude the week at home hosting Alabama in a 1 p.m. match Sunday at the Yarbrough Tennis Center.

Auburn is 11-2 for the spring season, the best start for the Tigers since the 2005 campaign. The Tigers are ranked No. 25 in the latest ITA team ratings. In the latest ITA individual rankings, the Tigers continue to have three ranked players in singles: Tad Maclean (45), Tyler Stice (87) and Jan Galka (100). Indiana, with a 5-5 record this spring, is unranked.

All Auburn home tennis action is at the Yarbrough Tennis Center (1717 Richland Road, Auburn) and admission is free. Fans Monday will receive free All Auburn All Orange t-shirts while supplies last.
