AUBURN, Ala. – For the third time in program history, the Auburn women's tennis team will host the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament at the Yarbrough Tennis Center.

Auburn will be the No. 13 national seed and will welcome Jackson State, Memphis and Georgia Tech to the Plains for competition Friday and Saturday.

"Hosting NCAA regionals and earning the opportunity to play at home is something this team has worked for every single day," Auburn head coach Caroline Lilley said. "Their consistency in training, rage to master, and ability to learn serve as an incredible foundation for growth. As excited as we are to host, we are even hungrier to improve between now and Friday."

The Tigers (20-5) will take on Jackson State (17-6) at 1 p.m. CT Friday, with Georgia Tech and Memphis set to square off at 10 a.m. The winners of the first-round matches will play at noon CT Saturday in the second round.

Admission will be free for both sessions at the Yarbrough Tennis Center.

Auburn is making its 14th all-time NCAA appearance and hosting for the third time. The Yarbrough Tennis Center previously played host to the first and second rounds in 2016 and 2017. Last year, the Tigers advanced to the second round at the regional in Tallahassee, Florida. Auburn is 8-5 all-time in the first round.
