Seven Auburn women, five Auburn men earn USTFCCCA All-Academic honors

AUBURN, Ala. – A total of 12 Auburn student-athletes were honored by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Wednesday for outstanding performance both in the classroom and during intercollegiate athletic competition during the 2021-22 season.
 
On the women's side, Jocelynn Budwig, Ashley Carter, Jen Dietrich, Joyce Kimeli, Madi Malone, Keira McCarrell and Presley Weems all earned recognition while representing the Auburn men were Cooper Atkins, Kyle Brown, James Courson, David Edmondson and Ryan Kinnane.  

Additionally, both the men's and women's teams were named USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams with 3.28 and 3.36 GPAs, respectively.
 
To qualify for USTFCCCA academic honors, student athletes had to maintain a 3.25 GPA for the academic year and finish in the top 96 in the NCAA rankings for any individual athletic event.
