AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn men's golf and head coach Nick Clinard announced the team's schedule for the 2022-23 season on Monday.

The season is set to be the 14th under the leadership of Clinard and the 75th overall in program history.

"We are extremely honored and excited to have the opportunity to step out on the course this season and represent 75 years of hard work and passion that have gone into this program. Last year gave us those invaluable experiences that you need to be able to succeed at a high level, and because of that, we're going to challenge our guys even more this season. We're going to continue to play against some of the top programs and players in the nation, and we expect our group to be able to stand shoulder-to-should with any of them."

The Tigers will begin the new season where they concluded their last, Scottsdale, Arizona, at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate on Sept. 9-11. The team is no stranger to the event's Mirabel Club as Auburn finished third at the tournament a year ago, led by J.M. Butler who captured the individual crown with a program record 17-under 193 through 54 holes.

Returning to the state of Alabama, Auburn will next see action at the SEC Fall Preview, facing all 13 conferences foes at Old Overton Golf Club in Birmingham on Sept. 25-27.

For it's third bout of the 2022 slate, Auburn will make the trip to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to compete in the Marquette Invitational at Milwaukee Country Club on Oct. 2-3. The Tigers will then wrap up their fall schedule with another trip to the Isleworth Collegiate in Windermere, Florida on Oct. 23-25.

At last year's Isleworth, the team carded an 862 (-2) to finish third overall. J.M. Butler led the squad with a fifth-place finish at 212 (-4).

Auburn will open the spring with its annual trip to Hawai'i. The Tigers are set to play in the Amer Ari Invitational for the 10th time in the last 11 years. It was Austin Coggin who led the squad in last year's appearance, shooting 11-under 205 to finish inside the top 10. This season, the event returns to Hapuna Golf Club and will run on Feb. 8-10.

Following Amer Ari, the Tigers will face another tropical test, this time in Puerto Rico, to play in the Dorado Beach Collegiate at TPC Dorado Beach on Feb. 26-28.

Returning home to the friendly confines of Opelika's Grand National Lakes Course, Auburn is set to host the 11th annual Tiger Invitational presented by Jason Dufner on March 5-7. At last year's Tiger Invitational, Brendan Valdes led both Auburn squads as a freshman and shot a program record 11-under 205 for the event.

The Tigers are poised to defend last year's title at the General Hackler Championship on March 13-14. Evan Vo carried the torch last time out, tying The Dunes Club course record at 64 (-8) on his final 18 holes to push the team to victory.

Auburn closes out the regular season with a return trip to the Mossy Oak Collegiate in West Point, Mississippi, on April 3-4 before competing in the Lewis Chitengwa Memorial in Charlottesville, Virginia on April 10-11.

Postseason play will begin April 19-23 with the SEC Championship at Seaside Golf Club in St. Simons Island, Georgia. Following the conference championship, NCAA Tournament action will commence as Auburn will play host to one of six regional sites preceding the NCAA Championship. The NCAA Auburn Regional will be held at AU Club on May 15-17.

Following regionals, the nation's top 30 teams will converge on Grayhawk Golf Club, May 26-31, in Scottsdale, Arizona to battle it out for a national championship. Auburn looks to return to the sport's highest stage after finished tied for 10th a season ago, the third highest finish by the Tigers in school history.
