AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn senior Megan Schofill has been named a SEC co-player of the week, the conference announced Wednesday.

Schofill earned the honor after winning the individual title at the Mason Rudolph Championship in a field of 78 players. The Auburn senior fired a 9-under 207 (68-69-70) to take her third tournament title in her collegiate career.

The Monticello, Fla. native's first two rounds of the tournament were bogey-free and she totaled 11 birdies across the three rounds. The 54-hole total of 207 is the second lowest in Schofill's career and is tied for fourth lowest all-time in program history.

This marks the first time that Schofill has received SEC player of the week honors, although she has been honored by the conference by being named to First Team All-SEC in 2020, Second Team All-SEC in 2021 and 2022, and as SEC freshman of the week in February of 2020.
