He came to Auburn in 1973. As he walked by J&M Bookstore, he heard Gary Sanders' call of Punt Bama Punt. After a brief stint in radio, Jeff Miller settled into his career as a sportswriter. That call and that team, the 1972 Amazin's, always stuck with Miller. So much so he wrote the book "Teammates for Life". It took years of research and interviews and was published this fall.
