AUBURN, Ala. – The No. 5 Auburn gymnastics team is set to welcome No. 20 NC State on Friday, January 27, in Neville Arena. The Tigers and the Wolfpack will face off at 7 p.m. CT and the meet will be streamed on SEC Network+.

"NC State is going to come in here and are going to be really good," head coach Jeff Graba said. "We aren't taking this Friday lightly. They are a team that has made some really good postseason runs and it is going to be a great test for us. We need to stay focused and just get better this Friday."

All six of Auburn's opponents so far this season have been ranked inside the top 25. The Tigers have faced No. 1 Oklahoma, No. 2 Florida, No. 3 Michigan, No. 6 UCLA and No. 23 Arkansas.

"We haven't had it easy that's for sure," Graba said. "Having a nonconference competition like the one this Friday against a really solid team like NC State just only makes us better when we get to the postseason."

The Tigers are looking forward to enjoying the comforts of Neville Arena once again in front of the home crowd.

"We have to cherish every home meet we get," Graba said. "Neville Arena brings such an advantage and that's the best atmosphere in college gymnastics. It's always something special to be a part of and we can't wait to see what happens on Friday."
