  • Led the team with 11 hits in four games during the week, recording multiple hits in all four contests and in six of seven games this season.
  • His 11 hits during the week led the Southeastern Conference, and his 17 hits and .586 batting average for the season are also the best in the league and top five in the country.
  • His 17 hits through seven games are the most by an Auburn player since at least 1993 (as far back as Stat Crew tracks).
  • Matched a then season high with three hits and drove in a run in the run-rule win vs. North Alabama Tuesday.

  • Entered the game in the seventh inning of the series finale vs. USC and didn't allow a run in 2.0 innings, retiring five of the first six Trojans he faced.

Will Cannon – So. – RHP – Phenix City, Ala.

0-0, 0.00 ERA, 2 APP, 2 SV, 3.0 IP, 4 H, 0 R/ER, 2 BB, 2 K

  • Recorded a save in the first two games of the series win against USC, marking his first and second career saves in an Auburn uniform.
  • Entered the series opener with the tying run at the plate in the eighth inning and stranded the tying run on base in the ninth inning.
  • Pitched a season high 1.2 innings in the series-clinching win, entering with the bases loaded and one and preserving Auburn's lead.
