AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn has been selected to host the first round of the WNIT, it was announced Monday. The Tigers will take on Tulane at 7 p.m. CT Friday, March 17, at Neville Arena.
Tickets are available now at AUBTix.com and at the Neville Arena ticket office. All tickets are $6, and all seating is general admission. Auburn students will be admitted free with their mobile Tiger Card. Arena doors will open at 6 p.m.
Auburn is 10-2 all-time at home in WNIT games, including a 5-1 record at Neville Arena. This is Auburn's first WNIT appearance since 2014 and sixth all-time.
The Tigers are 5-2 all-time against Tulane. The last meeting between the teams came in 2016 when the Green Wave won 61-59 in New Orleans. The teams previously met in the WNIT in 2013, a 72-52 Auburn win at home.
