AUBURN, Ala. – There's more basketball to be played for the Auburn women as the Tigers have accepted a bid to the 2023 Postseason Women's NIT.
 
The field of 64 teams was announced Sunday night. The full bracket, including first-round matchups, game times and host sites, will be announced Monday. Should Auburn be selected to host at Neville Arena, ticket information will be available Monday as well.
 
The window for first-round games is Wednesday-Friday, March 15-17, and the second-round games would be played Saturday-Monday, March 18-20. The third round will be played March 22-24, quarterfinals March 25-27, semifinals March 28-29 and the championship game April 1.
 
Auburn (15-14) will be making its sixth appearance in the WNIT and its first since 2014. The Tigers are 13-4 all-time in the tournament, winning the championship in their first appearance in 2003. Auburn advanced to the quarterfinals in 2013, the third round in 2007 and 2014, and the second round in 2011.
