Jessica Braswell grew up in Richmond, Virginia. She had never been to Auburn University until she came for an Equestrian camp. There she met head coach Greg Williams. She came to Auburn to ride and stayed through an MBA, working as a graduate assistant. After a brief stint in the private sector, Williams called Braswell and asked her to return to her alma mater as an assistant coach. It took her two weeks to return to the Plains.
Braswell is now Auburn's associate head coach. The Tigers are gearing up for the NCEA National Championships in Ocala, Florida. The Tigers will serve as the host school.
