Auburn individuals to compete at Pinetree Women’s Collegiate

KENNESAW, Ga. – Auburn women's golf will have four players in the field of the Pinetree Women's Collegiate, which will be played on Monday and Tuesday in Kennesaw, Georgia.
 
Auburn's Ashley-Sinclair Curtis, Carys Worby, Sophie Anand and Rachel Gourley will be playing in the event as individuals. The four tigers will be playing in a field of 66 players.
 
The other schools represented in the field are Monmouth, Delaware, North Illinois, Incarnate Word, South Dakota, High Point, Stetson, Niagara, Tennessee Tech, Southern Illinois and host school Kennesaw State.
 
Gourley will be making her fifth tournament appearance of the season for the Tigers while fellow freshman Sophie Anand will be making her fourth appearance. Worby will be playing in her third tournament of the season and Curtis will be playing in her second.
 
The first two rounds of the tournament will take place on Monday while the final round is scheduled to be a shotgun start at 8 a.m. CT on Tuesday. In round one, Auburn will be paired with players from Monmouth University and University of Delaware. The first tee time is scheduled for 7 a.m. CT and all players will be beginning on the first tee.
