AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn's Ariana Arseneault and Carolyn Ansari have officially been named Singles All-Americans, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced on Monday. Both Tigers picked up two wins during the NCAA Singles Championships in Orlando to advance to the round of 16, which automatically earned them the honor. The Auburn duo have now become the third and fourth singles All-Americans in program history.
The final ITA individual rankings of the 2022-23 season were released on Wednesday, which featured Arseneault as the No. 27 singles player in the country and Ansari at No. 29. Arseneault and Ansari were also ranked 32nd in the national doubles rankings.

In the Singles Championships, Arseneault defeated No. 31 Kylie Bilchev of Georgia Tech and No. 24 Celia-Belle Mohr of Vanderbilt while Ansari posted wins over No. 57 Casie Wooten of Wake Forest and No. 5 Alexa Noel of Miami. The win over Noel marked the highest ranked singles win of Ansari's career.
Ansari was named first team All-SEC for the second season in a row and posted a 21-16 singles record and an 18-16 doubles record overall. The Auburn senior also recorded nine wins over ranked opponents over the course of the season (four in dual matches).
Arseneault received second team All-SEC honors after the regular season and recorded a 23-17 overall singles record (16-11 in dual matches) playing mostly at the top of the Tigers' singles lineup with 12 singles wins over ranked opponents during the season (six in dual matches). The junior posted a 20-15 overall doubles record (11-13 in dual matches).
Arseneault and Ansari were also a part of Auburn's top doubles team during the 2022-23 season and posted a 16-12 overall record and earned a bid to the NCAA Doubles Championships.
