Softball releases 2023 fall schedule

AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn softball head coach Mickey Dean announced the 2023 fall exhibition schedule on Friday, which consists of four doubleheaders spread out over the month of October.
 
"We're excited to play the majority of our fall slate at home," Dean said. "We have several newcomers to the team this year. Fans will have a chance to get an early look at our team at Jane B. Moore Field."
 
The Tigers are scheduled to play a total of eight games in four Sunday doubleheaders. The exhibition slate features a pair of Division I opponents, one Division II foe and five NJCAA opponents. Six of the eight fall contests will be held at Jane B. Moore Field.
 
Auburn's fall slate begins on Sunday, Oct. 1 at 1 p.m. CT as the Tigers face Snead State and Troy on the Plains. The Tigers travel to Montgomery for their lone road doubleheader on Sunday, Oct. 8, facing Auburn Montgomery and Alabama State the campus of Alabama State.
 
On Sunday, Oct. 15, Auburn returns to Jane B. Moore Field to face Coastal Alabama and Enterprise State at 2 p.m. CT. Auburn concludes its fall schedule at home on Sunday, Oct. 22 with a doubleheader slate against Gulf Coast State and Wallace State.
 
All fall contests at Jane B. Moore Field are free and open to the public.
