AUBURN, Ala. – The No. 2 Auburn equestrian team is set to face another ranked opponent on the road, heading to No. 10 UT Martin this week. The Tigers and the Skyhawks will go head-to-head on Friday, October 13 at 10:00 a.m. CT in Martin, Tennessee.

"I'm glad to have the whole team traveling this week," head coach Jessica Braswell said. "That will help us create momentum while away from home as we have another opportunity to get a big road win. We'll need to be consistent in the arena and execute what coaches Taylor Searles and Emma Kurtz have been working on in practice."

AUBURN LINEUP
Auburn's lineup will feature one fifth year, six seniors, three juniors, three sophomores and two freshmen.

Auburn's Jumping Seat lineup against UT Martin will be identical to the one that faced Baylor on the road last week. The Tigers haven't lost a point in Fences this year, picking up back-to-back sweeps vs. UC Davis and the Bears.

All-American graduate student Ava Stearns and All-American senior Ellie Ferrigno will once again lead the group as the pair combined for four wins in the team victory last week.

A trio of juniors in All-American Sophee Steckbeck, All-American Mary-Grace Segars and Anna Marie Mayes will join them. The trio has picked up eight wins and each has secured one MOP this season.

Auburn's Horsemanship lineup will feature a senior, two sophomores and two freshmen. Senior All-American Madison Parduhn leads the group, while sophomores Caroline Fredenburg and Alexia Tordoff bring experience to the lineup.

Freshman Brooke Jolstad returns to the lineup this week and classmate Sydney Swallom rounds out the Horsemanship crew, making her second straight start.

The Reining corps is coming off a sweep at Baylor last week and will be led by a trio of seniors in Kate Buchanan, Olivia Marino and Isabella Tesmer. Tesmer is looking to continue her success after picking up wins in back-to-back matches.

Sophomores Caroline Buchanan and Tordoff will join the three against the Skyhawks on Friday. The two look to continue their success after combining for four wins so far this season.

Tordoff is also coming off a MOP Western sweep against Baylor, taking the top honor in both Horsemanship and Reining vs. the Bears.
