AUBURN, Ala. — The Auburn soccer team earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2022-23 academic year.
It marks the 18thtime since 2004 the Tigers have earned the award.
USC College Team Academic Award recipients are active members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program with a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster for the 2022-23 academic year.
Bolstered by seven student-athletes earning a perfect 4.0 and an additional 14 earning above a 3.50, Auburn's team GPA of 3.54 ranked fifth in the SEC and in the top third of the 508 women's programs recognized.
