AUBURN, Ala. – New year, same Auburn Diving crew. Led by sophomore Kyleigh Kidd, the Tigers put up a number of solid scores on the first day of the Tennessee Diving Invitational.
Kidd had the Orange and Blue fans in a frenzy inside the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center with a personal-best 326.75 on the 3-meter. The Texas native would finish eighth in finals with a 275.65.
Abigail Farrar would earn a second list alongside Kidd, finishing sixth in prelims scoring a season-best 283.30. She was just as consistent in finals with a 269.50 to grab ninth.
Rounding out the action for the women, Kayla Walsh secured 21st with a 244.35.
On the men's side, Whit Andrus led the way with a 304.20 on the 1-meter, missing out on finals by a mere 0.10 points. Freshman Talan Blackmon delivered a solid 291.65 for 16th. Hunter Kebler would take 20th and Alex Just 30th.
In the team event, the Tiger men combined for a 335.30 to snag fourth across the eight teams competing.

The Women take a crack at the tower on Thursday as the men move over to the 3-meter. Prelims will begin at 10:30 a.m. CT with finals shortly after.
