AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn equestrian team will be the No. 3 seed for the 2024 National Collegiate Equestrian Association National Championship, the NCEA Selection Committee announced Tuesday.

The nation's top eight teams will compete for the NCEA National Championship, April 18-20, at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida.

Auburn's quest for its seventh national title starts Thursday, April 18, as the Tigers (9-5) face No. 6 Oklahoma State. The Cowgirls (8-6) enter the national meet as the Big 12 champions, winning the conference championship last weekend.

"I'm proud of the team for climbing up in the rankings and earning one of the top seeds," head coach Jessica Braswell said. "Oklahoma State will be a big opening test for us and we expect them to be riding well as they come off another championship. I know our team is ready for the challenge and ready to put in the work."

Auburn and Oklahoma State will kick off competition on April 18 at 2:30 p.m. ET. Fellow Southeastern Conference opponents Texas A&M and Georgia are seeded No. 5 and No. 5, respectively, while South Carolina is No. 7.
