AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn equestrian team and head coach Jessica Braswell announced the 2024-25 schedule Monday.
The Tigers will face another challenging slate as the team looks to secure it’s seventh-straight Southeastern Conference title and its seventh overall national championship.
Following the annual Blue vs. Orange Scrimmage, Auburn will kick off the regular season at home with a meet vs. national runner-up TCU. The Tigers and the Horned Frogs will face off on Sept. 27 at 3 p.m. CT at the Auburn University Equestrian Center.
The team will then take to the road for the first time, traveling to South Carolina for Auburn’s first SEC contest. The Tigers and the Gamecocks will face off on Oct. 11 at One Wood Farm in Blythewood, South Carolina.
Auburn follows with a home meet vs. defending national champion SMU on Oct. 19. The two teams will face off at 11 a.m. CT. The Tigers cap a busy October with a meet at UT Martin, Oct. 26.
The squad will have three contests in November with two of the three on the road. The Tigers kick off the month at Oklahoma State on Nov. 1. Auburn then hosts SEC rival Texas A&M on Nov. 9 at 11 a.m. CT before heading to Georgia (Nov. 22) to close out the fall.
Auburn picks back up in February, hosting a tri-meet with Minnesota Crookston and UT Martin. The Tigers and the Golden Eagles will face off on Feb. 7 at 3 p.m. CT, while Auburn and the Skyhawks will go head-to-head on Feb. 8 at 11 a.m. CT.
The team follows with back-to-back home meets against SEC opponents, starting with South Carolina on Feb. 15 at 11 a.m. CT. Auburn will then host Georgia in its final home meet of the year, March 1 at 11 a.m. CT at the Auburn University Equestrian Center.
The Tigers cap the regular season in Texas, facing tough opponents in SMU (March 7) and Texas A&M (March 8).
Postseason action will begin with the 2025 SEC Championship, March 28-29. The two-day meet will be hosted by Georgia and the Tigers will look to extend their streak to seven-straight titles.
The 2025 NCEA Championship will once again be held at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida, April 17-19.
