AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn Swimming and Diving fans can officially look forward to an action-packed 2024-25 season as head coach Ryan Wochomurka announced this year’s schedule on Monday.

Now in his fourth year at the helm of his alma mater, Wochomurka and Co. are coming off back-to-back impressive showings at the NCAA Championships which have seen both the women’s and men’s programs jump back amongst the nation’s elite programs.

Tiger fans will get their first look at the 2024-25 squad on October 4, during the annual Orange and Blue meet. There will be plenty of new faces on the blocks and the boards with an incoming class of nearly 40.

The season will officially get underway Oct. 11-12 when the team splits between the prestigious SMU Invite and the UNC-Wilmington Invite. Auburn competes in Dallas for the second straight year, returning as last season’s runner-up in the event.

A two-day dual meet awaits the Tigers in Chapel Hill, North Carolina (Oct. 25-26) before the Orange and Blue will trek up to Atlanta for the midseason Invite at Georgia Tech (Nov. 22-24).

Both the swimmers and divers will dip their toes in national events in December. The 2024 Toyota US Open is scheduled for Dec. 4-7, while the USA Diving Winter Nationals are slated for Dec. 7-15.

No year would be complete without the AU Diving Invite (Dec. 18-21). This season’s event serves as a preview for the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships which will be hosted on the Plains.

The season picks up a full head of steam in the new year. Auburn goes to Georgia Tech (Jan. 7) before hosting SEC foe South Carolina (Jan. 11).

Dual meet season continues for the Tigers on Jan. 18 when the group heads to Lexington, Kentucky for a bout with the Wildcats. It concluded with one of the most storied rivalries in the conference as Auburn faces Alabama at James E. Martin Aquatic Center on Jan. 24.

Wochomurka will get one last look at his squad at the AU Invite (Feb. 7-8) before he selects his team for the SEC Championships (Feb. 17-22), hosted in Athens, Georgia.

Auburn returns home for the Last Chance Invite (Feb. 28-March 1) as one final opportunity to clinch NCAA cuts.

James E. Martin Aquatic Center will play host to the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships (March 8-12) for the first time since 2019 and the ninth time overall (1994, 1997, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2017, 2019, 2025).

Both the women’s and men’s NCAA Championships will take place in Federal Way, Washington in 2025. The women’s championships are scheduled for March 19-22, and the men’s is slated for March 26-29.
