AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn softball co-head coaches Chris and Kate Malveaux announced the 2024 fall exhibition schedule, which features eight contests over October and November.
“What an exciting time for Auburn softball!” said co-head coach Kate Malveaux. “This team is working hard and learning so much every day. We cannot wait for the community to join us for our fall season.”
The Tigers are set to play six contests at Jane B. Moore Field in October before closing out the fall slate with a road tilt at Florida State in November. The exhibition slate features three Division I opponents, four NJCAA foes and a contest with Team Canada.
“We’ve got a competitive fall slate,” added co-head coach Chris Malveaux. “We’re excited to get out on the field and compete together as a team for the first time. We can’t wait to see the Auburn Family out at Jane B. Moore this fall!”
Auburn’s fall slate begins at Jane B. Moore Field on Friday, Oct. 11 versus West Georgia. The Tigers then prep for a 10-inning contest versus Chipola College on Saturday, Oct. 12 to close out the weekend.
Action continues on the Plains Saturday, Oct. 19 with a 10-inning contest versus Northwest Florida State College before Auburn hosts Georgia Southern for a 10-inning affair on Sunday, Oct. 20.
Rounding out the home slate, the Tigers host Wallace State Community College on Friday, Oct. 25 and Pearl River Community College on Saturday, Oct. 26. Both contests are scheduled for 10 innings.
The Tigers close out fall competition with a pair of contests in Tallahassee, Florida, on Saturday, Nov. 9. Auburn has a rematch with its 2024 Regional host Florida State before taking on Team Canada to round out the twin billing.
All fall contests at Jane B. Moore Field are free and open to the public.
