It's crazy how many people want to come out and watch softball in the fall. This place and this fan base is special. They want to come and be part of softball. It means a lot to the staff, but it means a lot to the players - big time. They feel that support and it helps them keep pushing.

The good thing about the fall is it is about learning who is going to respond. The good thing is that we do get a lot of leadership from our older athletes. They want to win and are not okay when things don't go well. It helps when you're trying to make those adjustments as we go on throughout the fall because they do want to be pushed at the end of the day.
