AUBURN, Ala. – For the second time in three seasons, the path to the NCAA Championship runs through Auburn as the No. 1 Tigers’ home course, Auburn University Club, will serve as one of six regional sites for the championship precursor set for May 12-14, 2025.
“We’re thrilled to have postseason play in our own backyard,” Auburn head coach Nick Clinard said. “AU Club will be a great test for some of the nation’s elite this spring. We cannot wait to welcome them and compete for a spot at another national championship.”
The NCAA Men’s Golf Committee announced Wednesday that AU Club would serve as a replacement host for one of two previously announced courses that can no longer serve as host sites.
Auburn hosted NCAA Regionals in 2023 when the Tigers advanced through in first place before finishing tied for 10th place at the 2023 NCAA Championship. The Auburn women hosted a regional at the same club last season.
Teams that advanced through this season's regional round will advance to the 2025 NCAA Championship at the Omni La Costa Champions Course in Carlsbad, California from May 23-28, 2025.
Clinard’s Tigers return to action Oct. 20-22 at The Williams Cup in Wilmington, North Carolina.
