AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn will continue its fall season over the weekend at the Wahoowa Invitational hosted by the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Alice Battesti, Julie Bedard, Ava Esposito, Ava Hrastar, Natalie Outcalt and Emma Tothová will be taking part in the event from Friday to Sunday.

The Tigers will kick off the event at 2 p.m. CT against players from Virgina on Friday, then play opponents from James Madison starting at 10 a.m. CT on Saturday. Auburn will then close the event with matches starting at 9 a.m. CT on Sunday against players from Princeton and Ole Miss. Each day will feature both singles and doubles matches.

Ava Esposito will enter the tournament after posting a perfect 4-0 singles record and a 2-1 doubles record with Alice Battesti in the fall opener at the Debbie Southern Fall Classic where she won her respective singles flight. Freshman Emma Tothová will be making her collegiate debut for the Tigers at this weekend’s event.
