AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn running back Jarquez Hunter earned First Team All-SEC honors and receiver KeAndre Lambert-Smith received Second Team All-SEC recognition from Southeastern Conference coaches, the league announced Tuesday.
Hunter produced a spectacular senior season, averaging 6.4 yards per carry while rushing for 1,201 yards, the 19th most in a season in Auburn history, and rushing for eight touchdowns. He added 21 receptions for 155 yards and a touchdown.
For his career, Hunter ranks fourth in program history, with 3,371 rushing yards. Rushing for at least 50 yards in each game, Hunter amassed four hundred-yard games in 2024, including a 278-yard outburst Oct. 26 in Auburn’s win at Kentucky.
Lambert-Smith, a transfer from Penn State, caught 50 passes for 981 yards, an average of 19.6 yards per reception.
Lambert-Smith ended the season with three consecutive hundred-yard games, giving him four for the season, coming within 19 yards of being Auburn’s first thousand-yard receiver in 25 years.
The Coaches’ Individual Awards will be announced Wednesday, and the Freshman All-SEC Team will be unveiled Thursday.
