WAIKOLOA, Hawai'i — No. 3 Auburn men's golf used an impressive 18-under team performance Friday at the Amer Ari Invitational to climb into seventh place on the team leaderboard ahead of the final round at the Mauna Lani Golf Course.
The Tigers trail the leading squad, No. 9 Oklahoma State, by 17 strokes.
Senior Carson Bacha fired a clean 6-under 66 to bring his cumulative score to 10-under through 36 holes. He sits in seventh, individually.
Sophomore Jackson Koivun rounds out the Tiger contingent in striking distance. He shot 5-under 67 on Friday and sits at 8-under for the week.
