ORLANDO, Fla. — Auburn sophomore Jackson Koivun has made his third career cut in his fourth career PGA Tour event and will see the weekend at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill Club and Lodge in Orlando, Florida.
Koiuvn shot back-to-back 72s (E) to open the event and is positioned well within striking distance of a top-10 finish, resulting in a Tour card through the PGA TourU accelerated points system. Koivun was granted his 19th accelerated point for making the cut at Bay Hill. A total of 20 points are required for the card.
