AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn men’s golf winds down the 2025 regular season with its penultimate event, the Mason Rudolph Championship, April 4-6, at the Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin, Tennessee.

Due to flooding in the area, the tournament will commence with an 11 a.m. CT shotgun start on Friday. Teams are set for continuous play, aiming to get in as many holes as possible each day.

“We’re playing to find our postseason six,” Tigers head coach Nick Clinard said. “We’re in that stretch of the season where six guys have to step up and prove that they have the mental, physical and emotional ability to represent Auburn when a championship is on the line. This week is one of the last opportunities for them to do so.”

Auburn looks to rebound after a sluggish performance at the Valspar Collegiate last week. The Tigers shot 20-under-par but were bested by four other programs. Jackson Koivun had the best individual performance, shooting 64-72-66 for an 11-under 202. He picked up his 14th top-five finish in his 21st career start.

In the Auburn lineup this week are the sophomore Koivun, senior Brendan Valdes, sophomore Josiah Gilbert, senior Carson Bacha and senior Ryan Eshleman. Freshman Billy Davis and sophomore Cayden Pope are set to compete as individuals.

Lining up alongside the Tigers at Vanderbilt Legends Club will be No. 3 Ole Miss, RV Colorado, Ball State, Charlotte, Kentucky, Liberty, Middle Tennessee, Mississippi State, Penn State, Princeton, Toledo, Wisconsin and host No. 19 Vanderbilt. Auburn will play in foursomes with players from Vanderbilt, Ole Miss and Colorado.
